The apartment is located high up on the seventh floor, offering unobstructed panoramic views which can be enjoyed from two balconies. Rent includes all utilities, bed linen and a cleaning service of both the bedrooms and common areas twice a month. These modern rooms can be rented by female students only, and would suit those attending the University of Bicocca, located only 200 metres from the flat. Milano Greco Pirelli station is only five minutes away, and you can also access the tram, metro and bus networks within a short walk, making travelling around the city easy and affordable. The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 120 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has two large shared balconies, ideal to relax outdoors and admire the beautiful views.
- All rooms in this flat receive good natural light.

- Both the bedrooms and common areas are decorated with colourful accessories, creating a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.
- With the University of Bicocca only three minutes from the flat, you will not waste any time commuting to school, and you can save money by going back home for lunch.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment has two levels, featuring bedroom 1, a bathroom and the kitchen/living area on the first floor, and bedrooms 2 and 3 and a second bathroom on an upper level.
- Bedroom 3 is a shared room with two single beds available for rent individually.
