Located on via Lodovico il Moro in the residential district of Lorenteggio this exterior apartment with 4 fully furnished bedrooms available for rent is a perfect opportunity for female students as you will have easy access to IULM University. The apartment is furnished with all necessary amenities and complete with available parking space. Along with four rooms for rent, the property also consists of two shared bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an exterior balcony and a comfortable living room. All bills, including cleaning services, are included in the rent. The 130m2 apartment is located close to a train station and there are plenty of bus services that can take you into the city centre in under 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- Parking is available, perfect for those who are driving a car or a motorbike.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher and an oven.
- All utilities, including fortnightly cleaning, are included in the rent.
- This is an all female apartment, perfect for students.
- You will be living very close to the IULM.
