The apartment in Via Degli Imbriani 20 is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of a large entrance hall, 1 private bedroom and 1 double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is approximately 80 square meters and it is located on the first floor of a prestigious building.
In the Bovisa district, located in the north of Milan, there is the BOvisa Campus of Politecnico di Milano, with Engineering and Design university. The district is therefore mostly lived by university students, and also very well connected to the city center: it is possible to reach the center in 20-25 minutes by train from Milano Lancetti station, which is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment. In front of the building there is the bus and tram station. By tram or bus, it is possible to reach the Politecnico Campus Bovisa and the Dergano station of the line (M3) in a few minutes. In the area there are supermarkets and any other service and commercial activity. This is an ideal apartment for students attending the Politecnico University – Campus Bovisa.
