4 rooms are available to rent in a stylish, 90 m² apartment a 16-minute walk from the Polytechnic University of Madrid in Tetúan. This property is decorated with trendy, modern furniture and there are several windows which let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen features all modern appliances, and there is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
Tetúan is home to a diverse population as well as local Madrileños. Tenants will never be bored in this neighbourhood in which there are many excellent ethnic restaurants and stores to choose from. This property is ideal for students, as Madrid's Polytechnic University can be reached in just 16 minutes. This apartment is well-connected to the city centre, as Francos Rodríguez metro station is 4 minutes away.
Room description
Bedroom 3 is equipped with a large single bed, a standalone wardrobe, and a heating unit. There is also a desk to get some study or work done, as well as a television. The room also comes with an independent key.
What we liked the most
- All of the rooms are very tidy and simply, yet stylishly furnished.
- Francos Rodríguez, a metro station serving line 7, is just 5 minutes from the apartment.
- Each bedroom has charming wall-art and a large TV.
- Many rooms are furnished with elegant, hard-wood floors.
