This property is decorated with trendy, modern furniture and there are several windows which let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen features all modern appliances, and there is 1 bathroom to share between tenants.
Tetúan is home to a diverse population as well as local Madrileños. Tenants will never be bored in this neighbourhood in which there are many excellent ethnic restaurants and stores to choose from. This property is ideal for students, as Madrid's Polytechnic University can be reached in just 16 minutes. This apartment is well-connected to the city centre, as Francos Rodríguez metro station is 4 minutes away.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is simply yet stylishly furnished with a double bed, television, and built-in wardrobe. The room is also equipped with a desk to help you get some study or work done. An independent key adds privacy, and the heating unit will help you stay warm in winter.
