What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

A well-maintained Art Nouveau villa built in 1900 with eight apartments in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a 72.5 sqm apartment on the mezzanine floor. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2024-2025, making it a new building in an older building. The apartment has underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The floor is covered with marble tiles. The walls are insulated with a Multipor/lime plaster system, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Due to this insulation system, smoking is strictly prohibited in this unit. The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and a double bathtub. The windows are modern soundproof windows with electric shutters (controllable by timer). The balcony is divided by a glass privacy screen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer-dryer and an oven with a microwave function. The bedroom has a 180x200 cm box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Large TVs with Fire TV Sticks are available in the living room and bedroom. You will receive a parcel mailbox that can accommodate medium-sized parcels (ordered, not yet installed). The ceiling lights in the kitchen and living room can be dimmed, and the light color (white only) can be adjusted. There is also indirect lighting in the kitchen that can be set to any color. The bathroom light can be set to any color and dimmed. The apartment features paintings (on loan) by the Spanish artist Juan Ruiz-Gonzalez, which can also be exchanged for another or purchased as a souvenir. Networked smoke detectors are installed in the house. The apartment has a large storage room (above the hallway) that can be reached by ladder. The rooms (except the hallway) are over 3 meters high. ​ A parking space can be rented upon request for 75 euros. ​ ​ Pets are welcome upon request (higher cleaning fee).
