Es muy luminoso y espacioso y el equipamiento es moderno con electrodomésticos de máxima eficiencia energética. Tiene cama doble, baño con ducha, aire acondicionado frío/calor, tv por wifi, wifi, cocina equipada con menaje, vitro, horno, nevera, lavadora/secadora. La zona es muy tranquila, a un paso de la zona de restauración, puerto de Vigo, alameda de Compostela, peatonal Príncipe, etc. El apartamento es ideal para una o dos personas.
