With five double rooms available for rent, this modern flat will make a fantastic home for those traveling to Valencia by themselves and wanting to meet new people from around the world. It is located on Ppestalozi street, in the neighborhood of Quatre Carreres, very close to the renowned Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a state-of-the-art science complex and one of the city's must-visit attractions. The Centro Comercial El Saler, a popular shopping mall featuring a cinema and a large supermarket, is fifteen minutes from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms are exterior and two of them have their own balconies.
  • The open plan kitchen and living area is the main common room in the house, and it has been designed to be a space where all roommates can get together, cook, eat or watch TV.
  • The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and utensils, including a fridge, a microwave, a gas stove and an oven.
  • Each bedroom comes equipped with a large wardrobe and their own desk.
  • There are two modern shared bathrooms, both of them featuring a bathtub.
  • You will find a shared washing machine and some racks to dry your washing in the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Even though it will take you about 25 minutes to walk to the closest metro station, the area is very well connected by bus, and the town centre is located only a short bus ride away.
