Piso situado a cinco minutos de la UV y la UPV andando y a diez min andando de la playa.
El piso consta de cinco habitaciones donde se comparte el baño con máximo otra habitación.
Los compañeros de piso son todos gente joven de distintas nacionalidades.
Buscamos completar el piso con personas que generen un buen aura en el piso, que valoren la limpieza y orden de las zonas comunes así como los horarios de estudio o relax de los compañeros pero también tengan ganas de conocer la ciudad y puedan disfrutar de distintas actividades juntos formando como una familia ya que todos vienen sin conocer mucho la ciudad :)

You get a modern, shared bathroom with chevron stripped accent walls that take everything up a notch. Have a bite for breakfast at the bright orange dining chairs. When you get home, go for a walk to the beach. It's only about 15 minutes away.
We think this apartment would be perfect for people who don't shy away from modern details. Cook meals for the week and store them in the sleek fridge. Pop your laundry in the washing machine while you read a book on the couch.

This is a 3rd floor, 5-bedroom apartment in Carrer De Campillo De Altobuey, Valencia. You'll be about a 15-minute walk from the beach.
It is perfect for people who want a home with personality. It's got high ceilings and trendy decor. The kitchen has great, modern appliances. A dishwasher and oven will be installed soon.
What we liked the most
- Starting your day out in the chevron-striped bathroom – a creative start.
- Living out loud with nice, high ceilings that can handle even the biggest personalities.
- Walking over to the beach every day.
