⚠️ Important Information ⚠️ The landlord typically charges an administration fee equal to one month’s rent. However, if your booking both starts and ends between May 2025 and August 2025, this fee will not apply.

Occupancy Rules

  • Age limit: Tenants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
