Es importante recordar que las únicas zonas comunes compartidas aquí son: hall, cocina-salón zona común. El estudio dispone de:** cama individual con canapé, escritorio y silla, armario y menaje. Además, hay aire acondicionado frío-calor. No es posible empadronarse. No se aceptan parejas, ni tampoco mascotas.**
