NO ADMIN FEE FOR BOOKINGS WITH CHECK IN BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1ST 2025.

  • Couples are not accepted, only individual rooms
  • Payment method:cash; bank transfer; credit card
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
  • Pets: not allowed
  • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
  • Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"
  • Admin fee: 1 month payment for admin fee

Remember that Security Deposit and admin fee (when applies) must be paid before the check in day

Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees.

Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. They depend on use. They are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant_._
