What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
My flat is well supplied to make you feel you are home away from home.
There’s a work space and very fast internet as well as a smart TV to cast your favorite shows when you are relaxing in the lounge.Towels and beddings are provided. There’s a sun umbrella you can take to the beach.
The rooftop offers spectacular views of the city! It is shared by two more apartments but they seldom use it and I have provided chairs you can use to enjoy the wonderful Valencia sunsets with a chilled glass of wine.
As for location, you are right in the centre of the old town! Walk everywhere , cycle or rent a scooter in one of the many nearby shops.

This is a beautiful 4th floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Quart, Valencia. It's bright, it's spacious, and it has a great terrace— all the essentials for a happy home.
The location is perfect— you'll be living right in the heart of Valencia's historic city center, with all the restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, and shops you ever wanted nearby to enjoy. Nice.
What we liked the most
- Sipping your morning coffee on the balcony— bliss.
- Exploring the city center— it's right at your doorstep.
- Cooling off in the AC— hot Valencian summers will be a breeze.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator.
- The property has slightly changed since our runner visited this property- there is an extra double bed now. (You will also be able to get a foldable bed upon request).
