Ubicada en el Barrio de Les Tendetes. A 1 minuto caminando del parque Turia, y a 5 minutos del Barrio del Carmen en el centro de Valencia. Zona llena de cafeterías, restaurantes, bares, gimnasios y supermercados. Perfectamente comunicada con autobuses, la estación de metro y tranvía a escasos minutos caminando.

Vivienda con terraza y totalmente equipada, distribuida en dos amplios dormitorios, la habitación principal cuenta con armario, una zona de oficina lista para utilizar, aire acondicionado y cama doble, la individual cuenta con una cama individual, doble escritorio y armario.

El salón/comedor cuenta con aire acondicionado, TV, gran sofá, comedor para 4 personas con acceso a la terraza.

La cocina se encuentra totalmente equipada: horno, vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavavajillas, etc. Dispone de 1 baño completo con ducha.
