Ci sono doppi vetri che forniscono meno dispersione termica e anche isolamento acustico, quindi l'appartamento è silenzioso.
Molto luminoso, con due arie, un balcone dalla parte della cucina e una finestra dalla parte della camera da letto.
Il materasso matrimoniale è nuovo, è presente un divano letto, la lavatrice è nuova, il frigo è perfettamente funzionante e dispone di tutto l' occorrente te per cucinare come piatti, posate e pente. La caldaia è nuova e l'acqua calda arriva rapidamente! Riscaldamento con le termovalvole regolabili
