This beautiful studio for rent comes with a surprising amount of light for a ground floor apartment. It's located on Via Alessandro Cialdi, near University Roma TRE and Teatro Palladium. The apartment was recently renovated and comes fully furnished, with extra outside space to keep your bike. It's excellent for students because of its ideal location near university, however, anyone is most welcome to stay in this luminous studio apartment! The neighborhood Garbatella is known to have excellent nightlife and many bars and restaurants around where you can enjoy the amazing Italian cuisine. The metro station and bus station nearby will take you to various locations around Rome: Circo Massimo, where you'll find the FAO office, is 2 metro stops away, and Colosseo is 3 stops away. This luminous studio for rent has 36m2 and is extremely cosy.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very cosy and offers a lot of light even though it's not necessarily located on the top floor. You can also store your bike in a bicycle rack outside the apartment.
- The bed of this apartment looks extremely comfty. The whole area comes fully furnished and we also like that the entire apartment has been recently renovated.
- The small kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, oven, fridge and cupboards - perfect for testing your Italian cooking skills.
- The apartment is just a few steps away from Roma Tre University and therefore offers easy transportation links to students. You also have a metro station nearby, along with a bus station which also features a night bus.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a ground floor / basement apartment, but as it has been recently renovated it offers a lot of light and has ground floor windows overlooking the courtyard.
- For 50 euros more per month, the tenant can rent an extra bed.
- There is the possibility of having 2 or 3 beds in this apartment. If more than 1 tenant rents the studio, the rent price is cheaper.
