Vivere in questa casa( piccola ma perfetta per una o 2 persone in coppia) e' come sentirsi una " piantina dentro una serra" ( questo disse una mia cara amica la prima che ci dormi' sul tavolato in legno quando non c'era ancora il letto...)
Ho lasciato il mio cuore in questa casa ( che prima era collegata col primo piano ) perche' arrivando 2 figli e' diventata piccola.
Lo spazio esterno e' molto piacevole.
Gli ospiti lo adorano.
Dona un senso di liberta' ed e' un tutt'uno con l'appartamento
In qualsiasi mese dell'anno se c'e' il sole si puo' godere dell'aria fresca
La zona avendo una strada chiusa e' davvero molto rilassante.

This is a 2nd floor, studio apartment on Via del Podere Rosa, Rome. This is a unique and sun-filled studio with a double bed and big terrace.
It is perfect for students, couples, and professionals that enjoy laid-back living and being outdoors, but the perfect tenant is someone who respects rules and other people, someone who likes to live in a tidy and clean space.
