This sunny studio apartment for rent on Via della Balduina is on the 4th floor. It has a huge terrace that you can access from the kitchen and the open-plan living and bedroom. The terrace doesn’t have furniture, but that’s something you can easily fix if you want. The studio has tile floors, which keeps it cool in the summer. The area is quite homey and furnished with a double bed and sofa. The bathroom has a shower, and the L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped. It’s also in a separate room and furnished with a dining table. There isn’t a washing machine in the studio, but there is a common laundry room in the building.
Balduina is a suburban neighborhood west of downtown Rome. It’s a quiet area surrounded by gorgeous green spaces. P.R.U. Pineto Park is a 10-minute walk away, and so is the Virgin Active gym if you like to work out. Students can easily get to Loyola University Chicago Rome Center in 10 minutes. And students of the stars can reach the Rome Observatory in 20 minutes. Although you aren’t in the downtown core, you are practically in the center of the neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all close to your new home.
What we liked the most
- Your studio has a huge terrace and you have access to the building’s laundry room.
- Sacro Cuore Catholic University is a 15-minute ride away on the REG train.
- You can pick up groceries at Simply Market, which is a 10-minute walk away.
- The REG train gets you to the city center in 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the time of day.
