What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Questo appartamento è realizzato con mobili su misura e con il letto che si chiude in maniera molto agevole (senza dover togliere le lenzuola) permette di vivere il salottino in totale relax. L interno totalmente arredato e con fornitura di accessori cucina, è di circa ventisei mq e il pezzo forte è la terrazza abitabile e chiudibile, senza vis a via con vista aperta. Tutto accessoriato con lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La zona è perfetta per chi vuole muoversi a piedi avendo tutti i servizi sotto casa e la metro a duecento metri. L ascensore arriva al quarto piano e poi c e una rampa di scale da salire per arrivare all'appartamento.

This modern studio apartment is fully furnished with a fold-out bed, providing extra living space. The apartment is newly renovated and features an updated kitchen. The balcony outside has plenty of room for friends and a beautiful view of the city.
This property is very well connected to downtown Rome. With multiple transportation options nearby, many points of interest can be accessed in very few minutes. Metro stop Cornelia can take you directly to the Vatican in 10 minutes. Restaurants and shopping centers can be reached in less than a 5-minute walk, on Via di Boccea.
