E' stato ristrutturato recentemente ed è la soluzione perfetta per uno studente: grazie alle fermate dei tram e della metro (C, fermata Pigneto), a due minuti a piedi, è possibile raggiungere la Stazione Termini e l'Università La Sapienza in un quarto d'ora.
Ci troviamo su una via principale ma silenziosa e con sporadico passaggio di auto, con parcheggi liberi di fronte.
