- Be aware of the distance of the property, located on Via San Lucio, from the university they are going to attend (Link campus university and Lumsa are the nearest ones)
- For the students' sake the landlady does not accept students from La Sapienza because of the distance from the University
What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Since public transport in Rome sucks, before booking, please check our location on San Lucio to see if it is convenient for your school/work - for exampl we're perfect for UER, ESE, LINK, LUMSA, Rome Business School as a bus stops in front and below on Gregorio vii a number of buses pass. The Train station San Pietro is walking distance and the metro stops Cornelia, Valle Aurelia and Ottaviano aren't far. We are close to the best park in Rome, Villa Pamphili. In front there is another small green area which boasts a lovely little coffee and aperitivo bar called "Wood San Pietro".
Ceiling fans in each bedroom, AC in common areas.
