Rooms are available to rent in a spacious, recently renovated 3-bedroom apartment on Via della Massimilla. The 1st-floor apartment is quite spacious at 100 m², and has balconies accessible from 2 of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and electric oven, and has a dining table. There is a large bathroom with a shower and plenty of storage, which is also where you will find the washing machine. The apartment is fully equipped for short or long stays.
The apartment is located in a quiet suburb in the west of the city. There are buses accessible nearby, including the 087, which can bring you directly to Aurelia train station, next to Università Europea di Roma in about 20 minutes. Also within a 20 minute journey are Cornelia Metro station in one direction, and in the other, the beach at Fregene, plus Leonardo da Vinci Airport. Near to the apartment there are local amenities, including a grocery store, post office, a bank, a pharmacy and a few restaurants.
What we liked the most
- 2 of the bedrooms have balconies.
- You will have access to unlimited Wi-Fi.
- The kitchen has a gas stove.
- The dining table is a great place to dine and get to know your flatmates.
- The 087 bus can bring you quickly to the train station where you can catch trains directly into Rome, or walk to the nearby University.
- Rome city centre is only 20 minutes away by car
- The property is located 25 minutes by public transport to Metro Cornelia
- The security deposit amounting to one and a half months is paid to the owner on the day of check-in
