Ampio monolocale accogliente e dotato di ogni confort, con grande terrazzo che regala una piacevole vista sui colli circostanti la capitale. L'appartamento, ideale anche per coppie, dispone di letto matrimoniale contenitore e un divano letto ed è realizzato con finiture di pregio, pavimento parquet e serrande elettriche.
L’appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, videocitofono, internet wifi La cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici: piano a induzione, lavastoviglie microonde, oltre a lavatrice e Smart TV.
L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort, è situato in una zona residenziale di recentissima costruzione, gode di una piacevole vista sul parco antistante, è vicino a una struttura con campi sportivi di ogni tipo e genere, dispone di un ampio terrazzo allestito con divano e tavolo con sedie. É composto da zona living con divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo da pranzo con sedie e angolo cottura con cucina a induzione, letto matrimoniale con ampie scaffalature a parete, bagno completo (con box doccia).
La metropolitana è raggiungibile in pochi minuti o con un autobus, molto vicina anche la stazione principale dei treni: TIBURTINA FS oppure Terminal Autobus e Taxi a 100 metri a piedi.
