There are rooms available to rent in this 100 m², fully renovated, 4-bedroom apartment in the San Paolo area. The center of the apartment is the living room area which comes with a dining table and TV. The kitchen is small, but modern and fully equipped with modern facilities. The fresh-painted white walls make the apartment feel extra clean and bright.
Despite being outside of the city center, San Paolo, is always buzzing with people. The apartment is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk to the Philosophy and Political Science department of Roma Tre University. In addition to the proximity for students, the area is full of trendy nightclubs and bars, and must-try restaurants.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony and an additional veranda, which is used as the laundry area.
- All the rooms have the appropriate wall sockets to hook up your own TV.
- Bedroom 2 has access to the kitchen balcony.
- The modern kitchen has a integrated refrigerator, gas stove, and oven.
- You are well connected to the rest of the city by bus, metro, and train.
