What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The flat is perfect for sun lovers. Thanks to its exposure, East/South/West there is light and sun all year round. The balcony is not overlooked, allowing full privacy, and the road below is closed. The connection to public transportation around Rome is excellent: several bus lines stop one block away, even at night. 20-minutes walk to Circus Maximus, 5 minutes walk to Ostiense train station , 10 minutes walk to Piramide and Garbatella Metro line B, and Ostia train station. The area is full of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
