IMPORTANT: The Landlord can only accept bookings with check out either in January/ February or July/August
- Building fees: no, not included in rent price around 160€ per month and it will be billed every 3 months

- Security deposit to be paid within 1 week before the check in (it will be returned back if there are no damages nor defaults within 15 days from the check out date)
