Very central, this charming loft with 2 double beds has all the conditions to have a great stay. It has cable TV, Internet, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. It is just 700 meters from Ponte D. Luís I and 1 km from El Corte Inglés. Close to the riverside areas of Gaia and Porto, you are one step away from entering a cultural space that you will enjoy visiting: Torre dos Clérigos, Livraria Lello and so many others that you will have difficulty choosing!
A basic cleaning service is provided every 2 weeks. The price includes all expenses (water, electricity, gas and internet) for reasonable consumption (costs above €100/month will be charged separately). Legally registered with Turismo de Portugal under the number 122335/AL.
