Rifinita in ogni particolare, con parquet, letto matrimoniale (oppure due singoli), armadio, libreria, scrivania, comodini, due sedie e piccola toilette. E' silenziosa perché lontana dal soggiorno e cucina. L’appartamento é molto accogliente per avere tranquillità e indipendenza, perché ha solo due camere. Inoltre il bagno con vasca può essere considerato quasi a uso esclusivo dell’ospite.
