Great location to reach university faculties (2 minutes from Economics, Political Science, Mathematics, Law, Physics etc), only 10 minutes from University for Foreigners, from Letters and Philosophy.
Located one minute from bus stop to reach Architecture, Engineering or Medicine .
In the immediate proximity there are supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, pizzeria/bar, post office.
The cottage has 5 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, one with bathtub and one toilet.
Equipped kitchen and washing machine. Independent heating. Pets are not allowed.
