THE HOUSE (ROYAL): 420m2 with common areas: a living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge; laundry room, a large terrace as well as a garden with a garden shed and a bike park. 9 units available in total.
PRIVATE AREA: Rooms with private bathrooms. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage, chair, desk, ...) and we provide sheets and towels!
LOCATION:

ROOMMATES: A wide range of nationalities, so you can meet new people and take home some great memories
SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No need to worry about who to call, or landlords who never answer!

The second house includes four (4) Private Units and one large Common Space. Super-Common Spaces // Accessible to all tenants, both houses share a big garden which includes a pétanque ground, a terrace with a garden lounge, a shed and a bicycle park. Common Spaces // Accessible to the tenants of each house and fully equipped, the Common Spaces include: an open living space with an open-plan kitchen and a living room (TV and sound system), a laundry space with a washing machine and a dryer and toilets (for the first house only).

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
If you are a professional, you need to provide:

- Proof of income (3x higher than the rent and charges)
- Residence permit (signed employment contract or offer letter from your future employer should work too).
If you are a student, you need the same documents from your guarantor.

Conditions to stay at this accommodation:
- Tenant must be open to apartment-sharing;
- Age: there is no official age limit, but these are young people's collocations and flatsharing, so profiles over 40++ are not really adapted.
