The flat benefits from an ideal geographical situation, at the bottom of the building you will find all the local shops. The flat is composed of 4 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. A parking space can be rented for an additional fee. Each room in the flat is eligible for APL according to CAF conditions.
