This 3-bedroom apartment on Avenue Pierre Brossolette, Malakoff, is 90 m² and offers good storage space throughout. There is 1 tidy tiled bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a living area opening out onto a balcony with lovely street views.
The apartment is located in a well-connected residential neighbourhood that has all the amenities you could need during your stay. You will find shops and restaurants within walking distance and there is also public transport nearby to travel into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The main balcony is big enough to fit a table and chairs for a meal outdoors.
- Two of the bedrooms have enclosed balconies, ideal to enjoy during winter.
- The kitchen has a double sink and good storage space
- The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
- There is a large supermarket right by the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is not equipped, but the owner could provide some cooking utensils by prior arrangement.
- The television and some of the furnishings you can see in the photos are not included.
