What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The loft is on the third floor of a historic factory building in the Calatrava Old Town district, dating from the 14th century. The building has six apartments. The streets are very quiet, despite being only a few minutes' walk from the city wall, the Avenidas, and Plaza Mayor. - Directly opposite is the charming Teatro Xesc Forteza. - The shared terrace with a view over the bay is a communal area. Please use the furniture there considerately. - The area is a traffic-calmed zone. Parking can be arranged upon request. The airport bus is five minutes away. **NO VACATION RENTALS**.

The Calatrava Work Loft is located on the 3rd floor of a former factory building very close to the old city wall of Palma de Mallorca, 5 min walk to the sea and 10 min to the cathedral "La Seu" and uncountable historical buildings. The old Jewish quarter from the 14th century oozes history, every corner tells a story. - In spite of the central location (10 min walk to Plaça Major, restaurants, chic shopping) the Loft is very quiet, peaceful and a great place for remote workers and creatives. Communal terrace to be shared sensibly with neighbours.
