Middle floor of the historical building. The flat has a large equipped kitchen, one living room, four bathrooms (one private), eight large bedrooms some with double beds, and three with a terrace. Included with the price cleaning of the common parts of the flat (baths, living room and kitchen) twice a month. Close to universities and downtown, bars and supermarkets.
