The Salvator Rosa subway is 500 meters away, while it is possible to reach the national museum by walking for 10 minutes.The house is equipped with all comforts and consists of an entrance with a small mezzanine on which a single sofa bed is positioned, a kitchen / living room with balcony and a double bedroom, with a folding bed and a mezzanine that functions as a study.The panorama is visible both from the living room and from the bedroom.The maximum occupancy is for 2 adults and two childrenThe setting is very quiet even if you are in the center and there is a paid garage in the immediate vicinity.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
