The flat is located in a convenient and strategic area, especially for university students. From here you can quickly reach Bocconi University, the IULM, the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA) and the Navigli. The area is equipped with everything you need from supermarkets and other commercial activities. This wonderful flat is composed of a well equipped open kitchen, two wonderful single bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The flat is located in the heart of the southern Milan university area:
IED (Pompeo Leoni) 12 minutes walk;
BOCCONI 13 minutes walk;
NABA 13 minutes walk;
CATHOLICA 20 minutes (Tram Line 3)
The area counts with several supermarkets, shops and services for any need. You can find the Esselunga supermarket at only 3 minutes far.

Please notice that, upon availability, the agency will accept only bookings with contract end date on:

Bookings with end date in other months of the year won't be accepted.
Please notice that, in case of last minute bookings, 2 working days are requested in order to complete your vetting. If you look for an accommodation "right now", select a check-in day 2 working days from now.
- Booking process: after the booking confirmation the landlord will require you to do a further step in order to pay the deposit and the admin fee mentioned in the listing.
- Important: twin bedrooms are rented for bed and the price shown is for a single bed only.
