The apartment in Viale dell'Innovazione 22 located on the first floor of the staircase seven is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of a large entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 singles and 1 double, eat-in kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is approximately 110 square meters and is located on the second floor of a recently built elegant building called "Residenza Arcimboldi", a prestigious condominium in the university area of Bicocca.
Residenza Arcimboldi is a new and elegant residential complex, adjacent to the Arcimboldi Theater, in a central position with respect to the various universities of Bicocca. Students can easily reach it on foot. The center of Milan can be reached in a short time by subway line 5 (Lille) (Bicocca stop) and public trams. With the city train from Greco Pirelli station (300m away) you can reach the Central Station, Lambrate station and Garibaldi Station in a few minutes. In a few minutes from the building you can reach supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has balconies on both sides, so you'll be able to catch the sun all day.
- Everything in the apartment is modern and new, and brightly coloured, making the space very welcoming.
- There are local shops and several bars and restaurants just moments from the apartment.
- The centre of Milan is close by from the nearby Metro station.
