The apartment at Via Arona 14 is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are single and 1 double, a kitchen, a living area and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is approximately 160 square meters and is located on the fourth floor of an “old Milan” style building. The building has a lift and a concierge service.
300 meters from Via Arona 14 is CityLife. The basic idea of CityLife is based on large public spaces together with recreational areas. Inside the new green area there is a 168,000 m2 park, a Museum of Contemporary Art, some residential building areas, three towers dedicated to management functions, approximately 20,000 m2 of surfaces intended for commerce and services, a cycle/pedestrian path that connects CityLife on one side to Sempione park and on the other to the artificial hills of the Portello area and from there to Monte Stella and the passage of the Lilla metro, with a stop in the heart of the area - called Tre Torri - and two nearby. Adjacent to the CityLife area is the new Fiera Milano Congress Center. 400 meters from the apartment is the metro stop (MM Domodossola) and the railway link that allows you to reach Piazzale Luigi Cadorna in less than 3 minutes. The apartment at Via Arona 14 is a strategic solution to reach almost all areas of Milan, thanks to the many means of transport present in the area.
