Rooms are to rent in a comfortable 140 m², 5-bedroom apartment with a balcony in Stadera in south Milan. The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary facilities and has plenty of natural light despite being located on the ground floor. It would make a charming and convenient home for students and young professionals alike.
Stadera is situated to the south of Milan's city centre, a mainly residential area that provides a peaceful escape from the chaotic city-centre. It is ideal location for students as Bocconi University is located nearby. Also close to the property are several parks, perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons.
What we liked the most
- The balcony provides a useful place to dry clothes or simply have a quick breath of fresh air.
- The kitchen has a dining table so you do not have to eat your meals in your bedroom.
- With an oven as well as a stove, you can cook whatever you choose
- There is a Lidl only 8 minutes away, ideal for budget shopping.
- This location is perfect for those who want some peace and quiet but also easy access to the city-centre.
