The apartment at Via Washington 86 is a shared multi-room apartment for university students, interns or young workers. It consists of a large entrance hall with living room and eat-in kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are single and 1 double, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is approximately 160 square meters and is located on the second floor of an elegant building with a concierge.
The long tree-lined avenue dedicated to George Washington that connects two large squares (Piemonte and Naples) can be considered one of the most monumental in Milan. Today, via Washington is also considered a “green street”, thanks to the intervention of citizens and the Municipality's plan “the green adopted by citizens” which includes clearing the sidewalks of cars to transform them into new well-kept flowerbeds. In the area there are many stops for surface public transport. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the Wagner stop on the M1 line. The area is equipped with all services: a stone's throw from supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways.
What we liked the most
- We love the fact that there are 2 bathrooms!
- The balcony is a lovely touch and has a nice, quiet view of the courtyard.
- This newly-renovated apartment is stylish and has colorful charm.
- The apartment is near many transportation stops for easy access to other parts of the city.
