Il bilocale è di 62mq, zona giorno con divano, parete attrezzata con tv e cucina/angolo cottura provvisto di ogni cosa, lavastoviglie, frigo e freezer, lavatrice, forno, microonde, pentolame vario. Zona notte che comprende bagno e due camere da letto, ma una sarà occupata dalle mie cose. Una stanza ha letto singolo ikea estendibile a matrimoniale e scrivania. L'altra stanza ha letto matrimoniale e armadi. Casa provvista di tutto il necessario. L'appartamento si trova a 7 min a piedi dalla stazione, vicino al supermercato Penny Market. Posto auto interno al condominio.
Costo mensile 450€ + bollette. No spese condominiali.
Solo universitari, no famiglie, no lavoratori a tempo indeterminato. Mi serve qualcuno che abbia bisogno per un breve periodo, grazie.
