Switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no.74, DM 383 of (hidden)). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and the daily activation duration depend on the climate zone defined by law. Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

From Milan Linate Airport, the apartment can be reached in about 50 minutes by taking the M4 to "San Babila" and then the M1 line to "Sesto Marelli".
From Milan Malpensa Airport, the accommodation is about an hour and twenty minutes away by taking one of the shuttle services to the "Cadorna" stop; from there, take the M1 to "Sesto Marelli".
