IMPORTANT: after the booking confirmation, this Landlord will initiate a credit check on the Tenant's profile asking the following documentation:

- Last 3 payslips if employed worker
- Income Statement if freelancer
- If students, one guarantor
For European/Extra EU citizens:
- University acceptance letter
- ID
- Codice Fiscale
- Last 3 payslips if employed worker
- Income Statement if freelancer
- If students, one guarantor
If the credit check fails, the Landlord is entitled to cancel the booking
Other rules:
- Overnight guests permitted: no
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer; credit card
- Other costs:
- Contract registration tax: €32 for the Marca da Bollo + 1% of the monthly rent for a minimum of 67€ (what is this?)
- Contract termination fee: 150€
- TARI (refuse collection tax): included in rent
- Spese condominiali (building fees): included in rent
