Splendid, finely furnished two-room apartment in the Brera district of Milan. The apartment consists of a full kitchen, living room and double bedroom on the mezzanine. Finally, bathroom complete with walk-in shower. Located on the third floor with lift, the property is located in an elegant period building with concierge service.
Things to keep in mind
LEASE: - It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Code in order to sign the rental contract; - The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in within the agreed time;
PAYMENTS: Once the booking has been confirmed, we will contact you to pay the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting from €250.00) which varies depending on the size of the property. apartment.
