The apartment consists of an open space living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, walk-in closet, three bathrooms and a terrace with jacuzzi overlooking Milan skyline. The building has an elevator. A parking space is available upon request.
LEASE: - It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Code in order to sign the rental contract; - The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in within the agreed time;
