Se trata de una finca vallada y con portón de entrada automático. En la finca hay tres casas independientes. Se comparte la piscina y los jardines. La finca tiene cultivo de olivos, frutales y zona de jardín. El agua de casa es de la red, o sea potable. Para el riego de la finca se utiliza agua de pozo. El agua caliente de la casa es mediante placas solares y está incluida en el precio. La piscina es de agua salada y el mantenimiento está incluido en el precio. Está disponible durante todo el año. Es aconsejable tener vehículo, aunque a 500 m hay parada de autobús y la estación de tren a un 1,3 km. Desde esta estación puedes ir al aeropuerto, centro de Málaga, Madrid etc. Por lo que está muy bien comunicada con la ciudad. En coche se tarda 30 minutos en llegar a Málaga o lo que es lo mismo unos 40 km. El carril está asfaltado hasta la casa. La casa tiene chimenea para el invierno, aire acondicionado frío calor en el salón. Vitrocerámica eléctrica, horno, lavadora, bañera, TV. Desde la casa hay unas vistas increíbles del castillo y de todo el valle del Guadalhorce. Por las tardes hay unas puestas de sol espectacular.
