Tiene dos piscinas a las que se pueden acceder y se encuentra a 10 minutos del centro del pueblo de Arroyo de la Miel y a 10 minutos andando de la playa. El piso cuenta con vistas al mar en una de sus habitaciones. El piso está en una urbanización cerrada y segura y muy tranquila. Ven a disfrutarla.
