With its area of 30m2, the studio comes furnished with plenty of storage units along with a sofa bed, expanding into a comfortable double bed, a television, a modern bathroom with a fantastic shower and a kitchen, currently under construction. The tenants will also be provided with an air conditioning system and can enjoy exterior views of the street from their chic balcony. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who prefers to live in Madrid city centre, close to some of the best nightlife scenes, public transportation and many shops and restaurants.
