This beautiful and cosy flat is located close to the grand Plaza de España, an ideal place to share and get to know the open air, one of the main arteries of the city, the mouth of the Gran Vía street and very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid, which will not leave you indifferent.
It enjoys an ideal communication and central connection to the capital, very close to the Santo Domingo metro station. It is a fantastic starting point to get to know the surrounding area, from the Liria Palace or the Cerralbo Museum, just a few steps away, to the Parque del Oeste and the Temple of Debod.

HOURS OF SILENCE:

- Keep the TV and music in a normal tone.
OTHER RULES:
- Garbage must be deposited in the containers that are enabled for this purpose outside the building at the established hours.
- The reserved apartment can only be occupied by the people indicated in the booking request.
- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€
