Apartamento nuevo y completamente reformado en el Barrio de Fuencarral. La vivienda se sitúa en el casco histórico, en una zona peatonal con entrada directa desde la calle.
Está muy bien conectada con transporte público ya que el metro se encuentra a menos de cinco minutos caminando, la línea diez de metro (estación Fuencarral). También existen muchos autobuses con conexión a Plaza Castilla, Chamartín, etc.
El barrio cuenta con muchos supermercados a menos de cinco minutos (Mercadona, Día, Lidl, etc), farmacias y restaurantes.
